Welcome to Munoz Tutoring Co.! College counselor, Sarah Muñoz, is eager to guide you on your journey to college success. Sarah is an educator with a BA in Education and Spanish from Macalester College and DePaul University. Her MA is in Spanish Language Acquisition from Middlebury College and she holds a College Counseling certificate from UC San Diego.

Sarah was a primary and secondary school Spanish educator for 12 years. As a high school teacher Sarah noticed the lack of in-school support provided to students eager to plan for college. Students were not receiving the necessary guidance to prepare them for a smooth and successful college application and decision-making process. With ratios as high as 1 college counselor for every 500 students, our schools are failing to provide this necessary resource to all learners in need of college and career guidance.

In 2021 Sarah founded Munoz Tutoring Co., a tutoring program for Spanish language learners. Upon completion of her College Counseling Certificate Sarah expanded MTC becoming a key resource in helping students take the necessary steps to be prepared for applying to universities across the country.
