Am I the right college counselor for you?

Hi, I’m Sarah! I started this service when my friend asked for help to motivate and guide their child through the college application process. I used the skills from my College Counseling Certificate from UC San Diego and my 15+ years of teaching experience as a Certified K-12 Educator to support the family.

My passion is building personal relationships with families to ensure that the next generation has a career path they love.

This past fall I worked with a student on his resume, compiled a balanced college list, collaborated on personal statement topics, and made and followed up on schedules to meet application deadlines. He was accepted to 8 of the 9 schools he applied to and is attending a school that welcomed him to their wrestling team and matched our request for additional scholarship funds. We found a college that was the best fit for him.
